A wave in the circle represents an attribute being correlated to the target attribute. Each circle wave is a cosine signal revolving around a pivot. Each cosine signal has an amplitude inversely proportional to its correlation to the target attribute. This implies, for an attribute that is highly correlated, the amplitude of the wave will be low. Highly correlated attributes will be closer to the circumference of the circle. Different colors in the visualization represent different attributes which are being correlated with the target attribute.
